Remarks:

  • Room rates are for two persons sharing in one room basis.
  • Promotion offered to Thai and Expat local residents.
  • Rooms subject to availability at the time of booking, on first come first serve basis.
  • Guests are required to submit ID card and a proof of full vaccination at our booking procedure, following measures effective by the governor of Surat Thani.
  • Foreign guests (Those who do not reside in Thailand) are required to submit Thailand pass or ID card and a proof of full vaccination and PCR test with negative result no later than 72 hours prior to travel date at check-in procedure, following measures effective by the governor of Surat Thani.

Payment and Cancellation:

  • Guest is required to make a full payment at the time of booking confirmed via our bank details.
  • Kindly note that this is a non-refundable booking.
  • Two-time reservation amendment allowed after 1st reservation confirmation issue.
  • A full refund will be applied in case of government’s announcement of travel ban.
  • If no payment done in the time frame the booking will be released automatically.
