Mid-morning Drop into Ban Nam Rat Watershed Forest — jump into the clearest water you’ve seen, kayak under a canopy of giant trees, and spot the resident otter family that call this stretch of river home
12:00 PM Local Thai lunch — Pad Krapow with a fried egg. Simple, proper, delicious
Afternoon Board a traditional bamboo raft and drift along a canal flanked by limestone cliffs, then walk a short trail that locals once used as their everyday path through the forest
