Standard Bookings: Full payment is due at least 14 days before your arrival date. If we don't receive payment by then, your reservation will be automatically released. Last-Minute Bookings (within 14 days of arrival): If you book within 14 days of your arrival date, full payment is required immediately to confirm your reservation. Peak Season Bookings (July 11 - August 31 & December 11 - March 15): Full payment is due at least 30 days before your arrival date. Failure to pay by this deadline will result in your room being automatically released. Booking Confirmation: Your room is considered 100% confirmed only once full payment has been received. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy You can cancel your reservation free of charge if you do so at least 14 days before your original arrival date and 30 days on peak season. You're allowed one complimentary reschedule of your booking. To do this, you must notify us at least 7 days prior to your original arrival date. Please note that the original cancellation policy (14 days before the initial arrival date) will still apply; it won't shift with your new arrival date.
