Leave the crowds behind and spend your day in southern Thailand’s lush green backcountry. This full-day adventure blends fast-flowing rivers, peaceful jungle trails, and a splash of adrenaline—perfect for nature lovers who like to stay active.
Your morning kicks off with a visit to the Monkey Cave, a limestone cave temple where cheeky macaques roam freely and local culture meets the wild.
From there, head into the rainforest for a 5-kilometre white water rafting run, bouncing through jungle-lined rapids surrounded by tropical foliage. It’s energetic, fun, and perfect for beginners and seasoned thrill-seekers alike.
A hearty Thai lunch and fresh seasonal fruits await you riverside—rest, refuel, and take in the scenery.
After lunch, swap paddles for a harness and glide 150 metres through the canopy on a zipline, catching glimpses of the jungle from above.
Then it’s back on foot for a leisurely 40-minute hike through lowland forest trails. This walk leads to a tucked-away natural waterfall, where you can pause, cool off, or just take in the sound of flowing water and birdsong before heading back.
The day wraps with a return transfer to Anurak Community Lodge (or a designated drop-off), carrying with you more than just photos—but the feel of a forest day well spent.
