Khao Sok Half Day Half Night Safari & Jungle Cooking

Experience the authentic jungle life with a combination of hiking, cooking, and a night safari in the heart of Khao Sok National Park. Begin your adventure by hiking 3.5 km through the dense rainforest, surrounded by towering 30-meter trees and lush foliage. This 2-hour trek leads you deep into the jungle, far from the modern world.

Arriving at the Bang Hua Rat rest area, you’ll join your guide to gather bamboo for cooking and build a campfire. While the jungle dinner is prepared, you can relax and play in the nearby stream. After a delicious meal, embark on a thrilling night safari to discover the jungle’s nocturnal wildlife, ending your trek around 9:30 PM.

Khao Sok’s rich biodiversity offers a wide array of wildlife and fascinating flora. Though many larger animals are elusive, you may spot signs of elephants, wild boars, tapirs, and other jungle creatures. Your guide will also point out various exotic birds, insects, and monkeys, including macaques and gibbons. Along the way, you’ll encounter towering trees, enormous leaves, and medicinal plants that add to the park’s beauty and intrigue.
