BangMan Khao Sok Full Day Hike

Explore one of Khao Sok’s hidden gems on the lesser-known Bangman trail. This full-day hike takes you deep into the heart of Khao Sok National Park, following a path that meanders through dense forest and heads upstream to the entrance of Tam Talu Cave. Here, you’ll pause for a quick lunch before embarking on an adventurous cave exploration. Depending on the water level, you may wade through the cave and emerge on the other side, surrounded by lush greenery and towering 30-meter trees.
The hike offers a unique opportunity to explore one of the world’s oldest forest ecosystems, guided by an expert who will share insights into the rich biodiversity of the park. The jungle is home to a wealth of wildlife, so be sure to keep your camera ready. While many larger animals are shy and elusive, it’s not uncommon to see signs of elephants, wild boars, or tapirs. You may also encounter various species of birds, insects, and monkeys, including macaques and gibbons. Along the way, you’ll also discover the park’s fascinating flora, from towering trees to oversized leaves and medicinal plants.
